We offer a 30-day return policy on most unopened and unused products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange.
Are Rudy’s products paraben-free?
Yes, we prioritize high-quality ingredients. Most of our signature hair and body products are formulated without parabens, sulfates, or phthalates and are never tested on animals.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international territories. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
Can I use my online gift card at a physical Rudy’s Barbershop location?
Digital gift cards purchased through our online store are valid for product purchases online. For services at our physical shops, please purchase a shop-specific gift card.
